A new residential district is developed in conjunction with the local city centre of Täby. We are assigned a plot facing the south entrance of the area, and a small square, to design a flagship building called Accenthuset.

The building consists of a lower 4-floor building and a tower of 10 floors. Together they will contain about 50 apartments. The master plan is a collaboration between Strategisk Arkitektur, Archus Arkitektur and Bergkrantz Arkitekter.
In conjunction with the square, the tower is emphasising the entrance to the new urban development and the connection with the city centre of Täby.
